My AC broke last night and this morning (less than 12 hours later) they were at my door and were able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it. So appreciated in the heat of the summer!

I have appreciated the people I have worked with, and this has been my best experience with them so far! I would probably give five stars if this had been my first experience, as they were quick to respond, quick to schedule, prompt and courteous in all interactions, and thoughtful problem solvers in how to approach a mystery leak.

Edwin and Logan were exceptional. They arrived Saturday morning during a downpour and got right to work….at times in ankle-deep water. They changed out that entire system without tracking any mud or water into my home. Edwin took the time to teach me how to use my new thermostat as well. These were two of the most delightful and professional techs I’ve worked with. I highly recommend considering Lifetime’z for service and major system replacements….and if you select their bid, I would highly recommending requesting Edwin and Logan to do the installation!
